Carpet cleaning in Bolton and Greater Manchester, from £50 a room. Carpets hold on to far more than they look like they do. Ours is a hot water extraction clean that lifts out the dirt, grit and allergens sitting down in the pile, along with most stains and odours. Ideal for homes, offices and rented properties at check-out. Every cleaner is DBS checked. We bring our own professional equipment. Good to know before you book What's not included These are not part of this service: • Guaranteed removal of every stain – old, set-in, dye, bleach, paint and pet urine stains may not lift completely, and we will tell you before we start • Repairing burns, tears, fraying or re-fitting carpet • Moving heavy furniture – we clean around it unless it has been moved beforehand • Wool, silk, sisal, seagrass and other delicate natural fibres without a prior assessment • Upholstery – that is a separate service • Flood, sewage or water-damage restoration • Stain protector / Scotchgard treatment unless booked as an extra What we need from you Please have the following ready before we arrive: • Rooms cleared of small furniture, toys and breakables before we arrive • Electricity and access to a water supply • Parking close enough to run equipment cables and hoses from the van • Please note that carpets will be damp for several hours afterwards Available as extras These can be added to your booking and are quoted separately: • Stairs and landing: Counted separately from rooms • Rugs: Price on enquiry • Upholstery / sofa cleaning at the same visit • Stain protector treatment: Price on enquiry • Pet odour treatment: Price on enquiry If you are not sure whether something is covered, please ask before you book. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following policy: Booking Deposit: Clients must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service charge to confirm their appointment unless otherwise agreed. The rest is required upon completion of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If we are unable to access the premises upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged. Communication of Changes: All changes must be communicated directly to our customer service team via phone or email and confirmed by LUUBA Cleaning Ltd. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide access to the premises for the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 - 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LUUBA Cleaning Ltd management. By booking with us, clients agree to comply with this policy.
