Service Description

Healthcare and medical cleaning in Bolton and Greater Manchester. GP practices, dental clinics and treatment rooms are held to a standard ordinary office cleaning does not meet. We clean to infection control expectations, around your clinic hours, to an agreed written specification. What's included ✔ Thorough sanitising of high-touch surfaces: examination couches, dental chairs, door handles, light switches and worktops. ✔ Floor cleaning and disinfection across both carpet and hard flooring. ✔ Washroom cleaning and disinfection, kept properly stocked. ✔ Waiting room and reception cleaning, including seating, surfaces and toys. We work around your appointments rather than through them, including early mornings and evenings. Every cleaner is DBS checked. LUUBA Cleaning Ltd is fully insured. Tell us up front about any additional immunisation, induction or infection control requirements and we will confirm we can meet them before we quote. Every practice is quoted after a site visit. Good to know before you book What's not included These are not part of this service: • Clinical waste, sharps and biohazard disposal, which needs a licensed contractor • Sterilisation of instruments or anything inside a decontamination room • Operating theatres and other restricted clinical areas without a specific agreement What we need from you Please have the following ready before we arrive: • A site visit and an agreed cleaning specification before work starts • Confirmation of any DBS, immunisation, induction or infection-control requirements before we quote • Agreed access outside or around clinic hours Available as extras These can be added to your booking and are quoted separately: • Carpet cleaning • Upholstery cleaning for waiting-room seating If you are not sure whether something is covered, please ask before you book. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following policy: Booking Deposit: Clients must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service charge to confirm their appointment unless otherwise agreed. The rest is required upon completion of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If we are unable to access the premises upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged. Communication of Changes: All changes must be communicated directly to our customer service team via phone or email and confirmed by LUUBA Cleaning Ltd. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide access to the premises for the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 - 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LUUBA Cleaning Ltd management. By booking with us, clients agree to comply with this policy.
