After builders cleaning in Bolton and Greater Manchester. Construction dust gets everywhere and keeps reappearing for weeks if the first clean is not thorough. We take new builds and renovations from finished to genuinely ready, so the property can be handed over, photographed or moved into. What's included ✔ Thorough dust removal from walls, ceilings, vents and the places dust hides. ✔ Floor cleaning and polishing, with extra attention on high-traffic areas. ✔ Windows and glass left streak-free, including paint splatter and adhesive residue. ✔ Bathrooms sanitised, with sinks, toilets, showers and baths finished properly. ✔ Kitchens cleaned throughout: worktops, cabinets, sinks and appliance exteriors. ✔ Collection and disposal of minor construction debris. ✔ Carpet and upholstery cleaning available alongside. Developers often want this in two stages, a first clean once the trades are out and a sparkle clean just before handover. We can quote for either or both. Every cleaner is DBS checked. Good to know before you book What's not included These are not part of this service: • Skip hire and removal of major construction waste • Paint, plaster or adhesive removal that risks damaging the surface • Snagging, repairs or making good • Working at height beyond a small step ladder, scaffolding or exterior facades • Asbestos, silica dust or any hazardous material What we need from you Please have the following ready before we arrive: • All construction work finished and trades off site • Major waste and materials already removed • Power and water connected • Site induction and PPE requirements confirmed in advance Available as extras These can be added to your booking and are quoted separately: • Carpet cleaning: Priced per room • Upholstery cleaning • Second 'sparkle' clean before handover If you are not sure whether something is covered, please ask before you book. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following policy: Booking Deposit: Clients must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service charge to confirm their appointment unless otherwise agreed. The rest is required upon completion of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If we are unable to access the premises upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged. Communication of Changes: All changes must be communicated directly to our customer service team via phone or email and confirmed by LUUBA Cleaning Ltd. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide access to the premises for the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 - 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LUUBA Cleaning Ltd management.
