House cleaning in Bolton and Greater Manchester, from £80 a visit. Our regular cleaning service keeps your home fresh, tidy and hygienic without you having to think about it. Book us weekly, fortnightly or monthly, or as a one-off when you need a hand. What's included ✔ Living areas and bedrooms: dusting, vacuuming, mopping and wiping down surfaces. ✔ Kitchen: worktops, sinks, appliance exteriors and floors. ✔ Bathrooms: sanitising toilets, sinks, showers and mirrors. ✔ Hallways and staircases: vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors. ✔ Home office: dusting desks, sanitising shared surfaces and emptying bins. Every cleaner is DBS checked before they set foot in a customer's property. We bring our own professional products and equipment, and use eco-friendly ones wherever we can. Good to know before you book What's not included These are not part of this service: • Cleaning inside ovens, fridges or freezers. Appliance exteriors, hobs and extractor surfaces are cleaned as standard • Carpet and upholstery washing – charged separately • Exterior windows, balconies, gardens and garages • Limescale removal and built-up grime – that needs a deep clean • Laundry, ironing and bed changing unless agreed in advance • Washing up beyond loading or emptying a dishwasher • Tidying away or sorting your personal belongings • Litter trays, pet mess and nappy bins • Anything needing a tall ladder or working at height What we need from you Please have the following ready before we arrive: • Electricity and hot running water on • Access arranged in advance – a lockout is charged at the full service price • Parking available at or near the property • Someone at home to let us in, or an agreed key/key-safe arrangement • Surfaces and floors reasonably clear so they can actually be cleaned Available as extras These can be added to your booking and are quoted separately: • Carpet cleaning: Priced per room • Upholstery / sofa cleaning • Upgrade the first visit to a Deep Clean • Inside windows beyond normal reach: Price on enquiry If you are not sure whether something is covered, please ask before you book. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following policy: Booking Deposit: Clients must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service charge to confirm their appointment unless otherwise agreed. The rest is required upon completion of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If we are unable to access the premises upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged. Communication of Changes: All changes must be communicated directly to our customer service team via phone or email and confirmed by LUUBA Cleaning Ltd. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide access to the premises for the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 - 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LUUBA Cleaning Ltd management.
