Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposit Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following policy: Booking Deposit: Clients must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service charge to confirm their appointment unless otherwise agreed. The rest is required upon completion of the service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If we are unable to access the premises upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service price will be charged. Communication of Changes: All changes must be communicated directly to our customer service team via phone or email and confirmed by LUUBA Cleaning Ltd. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide access to the premises for the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 - 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of LUUBA Cleaning Ltd management. By booking with us, clients agree to comply with this policy.
